مراقبتهای قبل از ولادت نزد خانمها در دوران بارداری در شهر هرات

چکیده
روزانه بیش از 800 خانم در سراسر جهان به علت حاملهگی و عوارض ناشی از آن، جان خود را از دست میدهند، که فیصدی بالای این مرگومیر در کشورهای با درآمد پایین و متوسط صورت میگیرد. مراقبتهای دوران بارداری، عامل قبولشده بهمنظور بهبود نتایج دوران بارداری و کاهش مرگومیر مادران و اطفال میباشد. این تحقیق به شکل توصیفی در نواحی مختلف شهر هرات نزد 200 خانم صورت گرفته است و خانمهایی که در سنین باروری قرار داشته و بهصورت داوطلب حاضر به پاسخگویی بودند، شامل تحقیق گردیدند. در این تحقیق 32.5% خانمها بین سنین 18-24 سال، 47.5% بیسواد و 82.5% خانم خانه بودهاند. 64.5% خانمهای اشتراککننده در این تحقیق حداقل 4 ویزیت یا مراقبتهای دوران بارداری را اخذ نمودند. بین انجام مراقبتهای دوران بارداری و متغیرهای دسترسی به خدمات صحی، مصرف سیگار و قلیان، سطح سواد خانم، سطح سواد شوهر خانم و شاخص تودۀ بدنی ازلحاظ آماری ارتباط معناداری دریافت گردید. مراقبتهای دوران بارداری در شهر هرات در این تحقیق نظر به آمار ارائهشده در مورد افغانستان، به شکل قابلتوجهی بالا بودهاند، که دلیل بر سطح سواد بالای خانمهای اشتراککنندۀ این تحقیق، سطح سواد بالای شوهر خانمهای اشتراککننده، سطح اقتصادی بهتر و شهرنشینبودن اشتراککنندهگان میباشد. انجام تحقیقات با سطح وسیعتر، تحقیقات تحلیلی خصوصاً از نوع مقطعی و تحقیقاتی، که نکات دوردست و ولسوالیها را شامل باشد، در آینده توصیه میگردد.
