Abstract

Noise pollution is now a public crisis in the Herat City. Use as Necessary In research research, attempts have been made to identify appropriate solutions, even on the subject, harm and its consequences. In this regard, the research is based on the fuzzy paradigm as an analytical framework, and the futuristic approach in terms of methodology. The participants of the study were citizens of Herat city and based on a simple simple random sampling, the sample population resulting from Cochran's formula was studied using a fuzzy questionnaire. The obtained information was analyzed in a comparative style software, the results of which indicate that, firstly, the noise pollution crisis was formed under the operating conditions of certain combined variables, which are in order of importance: "Urban traffic, hotel speakers and restaurants, inappropriate vehicle horns, loudspeakers for mobile vendors and vendors "," Urban traffic, the sound of explosions and shots, factory activity "," Urban traffic, the sound of explosions and shots, factory activity";  Secondly, the damage and consequences of this crisis have exacerbated the growing trend of various diseases, which depending on the nature of each, may be very difficult and sometimes practically impossible to compensate for; Finally, based on the results, the necessary proposed solutions have been developed and recommended to officials and citizens.
