Examining the learning problems of new teachers in Kandahar University

Abstract

This research has been conducted with the aim of researching and identifying the educational problems of new teachers of Kandahar University. In the qualitative phase of data collection, semi-structured interviews were conducted and in the quantitative phase, questionnaires were used. Qualitative data were analyzed by subject analysis procedure and quantitative data were analyzed by Friedman's rank test using SPSS26 software. Based on the observational sample in the field of education, in this study, the problem of learning is a big and important problem. The results show that the problem of learning is a big problem for new teachers. Some of them are as follows: 1) In the field of education, new teachers lack experience. 2) The increase in the number of students in the classroom, 3) The lack of teaching resources and the lack of first-hand resources, 4) They do not produce new knowledge because they do not have access to reliable resources, 5) For new teachers. Not considering the job opportunity.
