Reviewing the services of private universities and institutes of higher education to students
Case Study: Herat Private Universities

Scientific-educational centers are among the most important community-building institutions and providers of ready-made graduates in a country. Given the importance of this issue and ensuring the appropriateness of the training place of creative and thoughtful people, this study was launched by the Scientific Research Center of the dominant Herat University with the aim of reviewing the services provided by universities and private higher education institutions for students. The research question was: Are the services provided by private universities and higher education institutions in Herat acceptable to students? The current study used a researcher-made questionnaire to examine the services provided by private universities and educational institutions in Herat. The statistical population of this study consisted of students of universities and private higher education institutions in Herat and based on the Cochran's formula, the sample size of 370 students was selected. The research data, which were applied-basic in terms of purpose and analytical-descriptive in terms of method, were analyzed by SPSS25 software through Pearson correlation test. The results indicate that there is a significant positive and direct relationship between the services provided by universities and private higher education institutions and the expectations of students, and education and training services by private universities and institutes of higher education in Herat are the most important.
