تأثیر عوامل داخلی و خارجی بر مهاجران افغان در سیدوارجو، اندونیزیا

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ادامۀ درگیریها، بیثباتی سیاسی، مشکلات اقتصادی و ناامنی در افغانستان، سبب شده است که بسیاری از افراد برای دستیابی به امنیت و شرایط بهتر زندهگی، مهاجرت کنند. مهاجران افغان در کشورهای میزبان، در جریان اسکان مجدد، با چالشهای متعدد اجتماعی، اقتصادی، صحی و حقوقی روبهرو میشوند. شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر مهاجرت و مشکلات پس از مهاجرت، برای تدوین سیاستها و برنامههای حمایتی مؤثر، اهمیت اساسی دارد؛ ازاینرو، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عوامل داخلی و خارجی مؤثر بر مهاجرت مهاجران افغان به اندونیزیا، چالشهای فراروی آنان و نیز چشماندازها و امیدهای آیندهشان انجام شده است.
روش: این پژوهش با رویکرد کمّی و بهشیوۀ مقطعی انجام شده است. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامۀ استاندارد از مهاجران افغان مقیم اندونیزیا گردآوری میشود. پرسشنامه بر انگیزههای مهاجرت، وضعیت اجتماعی و اقتصادی، مسائل صحی، نگرانیهای امنیتی و تجربیات اسکان مجدد تمرکز دارد. دادههای گردآوریشده با استفاده از روشهای آماری توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل میشود تا عوامل اصلی مؤثر بر تجربیات مهاجران افغان شناسایی گردد.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان میدهد که بیثباتی سیاسی، ناامنی، مشکلات اقتصادی و کمبود فرصتهای شغلی از مهمترین عوامل مهاجرت شهروندان افغان بهشمار میرود؛ همچنین، نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که مهاجران افغان در اندونیزیا با چالشهای قابلتوجهی در زمینههای اشتغال، دسترسی به خدمات صحی، ادغام اجتماعی، بیثباتی مالی و ابهام در وضعیت حقوقی و آیندۀ اقامت خود مواجهاند. باوجود این مشکلات، بسیاری از اشتراککنندهگان نسبت به بهبود شرایط زندهگی، دسترسی به فرصتهای آموزشی و دستیابی به امنیت پایدار امیدوار بودهاند.
نتیجهگیری: این پژوهش پیچیدهگی عوامل مؤثر بر مهاجرت افغانها و چالشهای گوناگون آنان در روند اسکان مجدد در اندونیزیا را برجسته میسازد. یافتههای این تحقیق میتواند به سیاستگذاران، نهادهای بشردوستانه و سایر ذیدخلان کمک کند تا سیاستها و برنامههای حمایتی مؤثرتری برای بهبود وضعیت مهاجران افغان و کاهش عوامل زمینهساز مهاجرت اجباری تدوین کنند.
