Ghalib Quarterly's Policy on Copyright and Plagiarism:
Ghalib Academic-Research Quarterly, to protect the rights of authors and avoid plagiarism, reviews all received articles through the Samim Noor text similarity detection system before peer review. Articles with more than 30% similarity are not accepted and will be rejected.

The Ghalib Academic-Research Quarterly, with official permission from the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan, has been publishing academic research articles from national and international authors in the fields of natural and social sciences since autumn 2013. From the winter issue of 2022, the journal focused solely on publishing academic research articles in social sciences (with a focus on law and political science, literature, economics and management, sociology, and Shariah and Islamic studies). Starting from the winter issue of 2024, the journal narrowed its subject scope to law, political science, and international relations. This journal (Ghalib) is now recognized as the International Journal of Law, Political Science, and International Relations. The journal holds both an online ISSN (2788-6441) and a print ISSN (2788-4155) and complies with all national and international regulations for publishing academic research articles.

Ghalib University publishes Ghalib Academic-Research Quarterly which is an open-access journal. All authors and contributors are required to adhere to the ethical publishing standards.
