Investigating the employability of graduates of private universities in Herat city from the perspective of the labor market

Employability is the most important evaluation criterion for any graduated, but this issue has always been in the face of an important social problem in Afghanistan for many years. Therefore, in this study, an attempt has been made to determine the most important employment capabilities from the perspective of the labor market and based on that, the ability of graduates of private universities in Herat city should be evaluated. Finally, appropriate solutions to upgrade the necessary capabilities are suggested. In this regard, the fuzzy paradigm has been used as an analytical framework and the comparative field method has been used as the methodological logic of the research. The study participants were graduates of private universities in Herat, as well as brokers of commercial and industrial companies have been studied. The obtained information was analyzed by software in a comparative style, the results of which indicate that, firstly, the employability of the mentioned individuals is extremely low and secondly, the three key combinations, respectively, prioritize the most decisive role in the ability. The necessary conditions for employment and employment have been and are, based on which the proposed research solutions have been designed and recommended to the audience.
