The Scientific Legacy of Allameh Mulla Ali al-Qari in the Most Central Sciences of Sharia

Studying a land's civilizational manifestations necessitates understanding its spiritual significance as perceived by scholars and researchers. The scholarly works of Mulla Ali Qari Herawi represent a considerable part of the civilizational heritage of our region. Discussing these works is valuable, reflecting our civilizational and cultural standing during a particular historical period. Mulla Ali Qari, one of the prominent intellectuals of our land, holds global recognition in the field of Islamic sciences. This article, employing qualitative data through a descriptive-analytical method and using library resources, aims to examine Qari Herawi’s scholarly legacy, clarifying its significance for scholars and addressing the question: What is Mulla Ali Qari's contribution to the Islamic sciences, particularly in the central Sharia sciences? The findings indicate that Qari Herawi produced more extensive works in the fields of jurisprudence and hadith, while his writings in theology are smaller but more precise. All of Qari Herawi’s works are of great value and have secured a prominent place in the Library of Islamic Sciences.
